Anything that requires little will yield little.
Sometimes love is an act of the will - just because it's the right thing to do.

A tip from the Crock Pot Girls
Here's a great tip for working families and the crock pot. On Sunday I plan out all our meals (We have crock pot dinners about 4 to 5 nights). Gather all the ingredients for each meal and assemble them in a crock pot liner. Close the liners with chip clips and put them all in the refrigerator. In the morning before I leave for work, I grab a bag, pop it in the crock pot and off to work I go. Dinner for the week with about 1 1/2 hours of prep time.

A fun recipe: Coffee Mug Cake
1 box angel food cake mix
1 box Tastefully Simple Chocolate Pound Cake Mix or Almond Pound Cake Mix*
3 T. water
Dump both boxes of cake mix in a large plastic container. Stir to mix together. Spray a coffee cup with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup of mixture to cup and then add 3 T. water. Stir. Microwave for 60 seconds. Enjoy!
Add chocolate chips, nuts, blueberries, raspberries, etc. to cup. Whipped cream on top!
*I'm sure you could use any kind of cake mix in place of the Pound Cake ones.
